Can I retain govt accommodation on children education grounds

i m serving in army. i want retain my govt married accommodation on my posting from delhi on children education ground as my son is studying in 12th. govt order permits me to do that but local authorities denies by their local order. can i file case to get stay order of local authy rules

Yes the Army authorities have to allow you retain the accommodation in Delhi or where your child is studying but yes you make be offered some other accommodation due to various other factors.The matter can be challanged at Armed Forces Tribunal being a service matter.

Hi this is becoming common problem of Armed Force's authorities siting a local rule to over rule the policy of Govt of India. You will get many examples when permission is granted to retain Govt Accn on similarly placed persons. You have a case and you must fight for cause if all other things are under control. Regds
