Can I raise ROG against my senior officers

Sir I m on charge .. my charge sheet is filed but before charge trail I m getting punishment .. I m doing 15 hrs duty ... From morning 4 am to evening .7.30 .....Without having lunch in between . Sir can I raise ROG AGAINST him . They are harassing me .... Please advise
Ya you can raise question against the legality and when you were charged in some matter ... it means you are suspended during the process.. then how come you are working.. you can complaint ro your senior or next to your senior with the issue and if they do not take any action you may approach to the aft for the sisposal of your letter
