Dear dont worry and go ahead with all details with a suitable or any near by available advocate who can guide you for having faith in the system and at present delhi AFT is much supporting in many ways to the soldiers to get little more privilege as have served the nation so better file a case.

No, you must exhaust all your remedies before you approach any Court for claiming a remedy. You are advised that you approach the service first and ask for setting aside order of discharge. Once that is disposed off, you will be required to approach AFT. Thereafter you will be free to approach SC.

Sir/Madam,
You can't be entertained directly by Supreme Court and you have to first file the case at AFT. It is hereby informed you that AFT is an independent body and does not come under influence of MOD.
