Can a PIL be filed for Military Equal Pay

Sir Can there be a PIL allowable in court of law for equal Miltary service pay, on the ground of equal pay for equal work principle. This allowance was given in 6th Cpc for d first time for military hardships. Which is even more severe for jawans rather than an officer, but don't later r getting 3times higher MSP than jawans.
