Can a deserter of Indian air force get discharged automatically after three year can he apply for ias
Hi, a deserter is dismissed from service after three years if he/she is not apprehended in three years. But as per AF Law the offense of awl/deserter is not exonerated. AF personal has to obtain legal discharge from service otherwise offence is outstanding. Regds
