Awol case 10 years. Seeking central government job

21-Jul-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Sir, I was dismissed from army after 3 years awol. I also submit all my documents like ID and other cards. I also got my APF. Now I am trying for civil services. Will there be any problem during the police verification?

your dismissal has been as a result of your absent without leave for 3 years. It shows that you have been dismissed from service as per army rule/act. It's only a loss to your career, these 3 years you can not show anywhere as an experience. Now you can very well apply for civil services. However, it is suggested that you must decide your career as per your interest in a particular job.
