Army terminated my service can i claim pension

Sir I was in Army, During my first 10 year of service, my record was good, after that with in two years I punished with four red ink entry, it made me unconcious, when my service was 13 years and 4 months they sent me home by local discharge, for pension 15 years service required. Whats about my children and my families future. Can I get pension, plz reply me if possible, I will meet you on posotive reply, thanks...
You will have to challenge the Discharge Order which was issued based on 4 Red Ink Entry. Recently the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that Discharge be ordered in such cases only when it is absolutely necessary. It has also held that mere award of four red ink entries to an individual does not make his discharge mandatory and that four red ink entries is not some kind of laxman rekha, which if crossed would by itself render the individual concerned undesirable or unworthy of retention in the force.
