Army officers harrashing jawan how can I get justice

I have been serving in Corps of Army Air Defence since 03 Nov 1997 and presently posted at Pathankot. Sir as all of us well know that today army officers are harassing the jawans. An army jawan compelled for but man. A jawan have to all the domestic works of an officers at his house I. e. He has to clean the Bartan, clothes, even under garments also. He has to poolish their boots. To walk the dogs etc. If any jawan denied the harass him and warn him they will court martial him. Sir as in army channel no one will help the jawan therefor I would like your advice regarding the matter. How can I get justice?
Army jawans are often teased thus by irresponsibles, that they do menial works but this only shows low mentality of the commentators, who overlook the great works of Army, such as fighting in war, sacrifice for country, etc. Army jawans can be made to do only lawful works, as per AA and MIML and lawful orders. If you are being made to do any specific unlawful work, or are being harassed, you can write complaint to your CO or even Colonel of the Regiment. In case you are not satisfied by their response, you can approach the courts.
