Violation of conduct rule 2 departmental proceedings drawn against me

I am a police constable working under Bargarh police district. On 6.5.17 IIC prakash Karna of Paikmal PS falsely registered one 354 IPC case against me and forwarded to the court in the direction of SP Bargarh. On the way while I was at Padampur PS and on police custody media personals come to me taken byte of mine. I told in that byte that SP Bargarh Ashish Singh has intentionally registered false case and conspired to put me behind bar. On this the electronic media show my statement in television . Out of fear SP Bargarh has returned me from the court to Paikmal PS but suspended me since 9.5.17 till date for violation of odisha service conduct rule 1959. Two departmental proceedings drawn against me for the case and suspension. What to do please advice. I have violated any rule ?
you can give a representation and get the reason which you have been suspended. get to know why they suspended. take legal shelter. whether the charges of 354 proved if so what is the evidence. whether you have the copy of the media statement recording with you. what are the charges given in two departmental proceedings and when it started. have you given WS.
