No date of birth of any children can not be change in any circumstances, in fact if you try to do so you will liable for penal consequences such as forging government documents and may also sent to imprisonment.

Dear client, as you are adopting a child, from which institute you adopted a child whether that institute has a perfect date of birth, how many years ago you adopted that child, district medical officer can issue age certificate by physical verification.please do not hesitate for contact,also rate me if you are satisfied with my decision.
