Dear Client,

The loan is given by Tata Finance on hupothication of the car. If car is not handed over to you by the dealer and if you are able to prove the same, then you are in a safe zone.

As you have further stated that you have received Arbitration notice, you can reply them in the same faction making the facts clear to them. Also you can file criminal case against the dealer and sub-dealer for cheating under IPC.

Kindly note, even if the arbitration proceedings are initiated, you can contest the same and have a favorable order, provided you have all the necessary documentations to prove your side.

Dear Sir,
You may approach the consumer forum against tata motors as the branch office of tata motors was under their supervision and any mistake made at the branch office is the liability of head office they cannot claim the loan amount against you as you have not received the delivery of car.
