Q: Senior citizen grandfather mentally torturing the family
My fathers father stays with us. He is 93 years old and constantly mentally harassed everyone In the family including his own son. He also blackmailed us by calling the cops to our house at midnight. None of his other sons would take his responsibility and he is stuck with us. He is not ready to go to a old age home too. All my family members are either working or are students so no one can stay at home to take his care. Because of him the entire family is under constant stress. We want a way to either put him to a old age home or make his other sons take up responsibility. He himself wont make any formal complaint against his other sons.

Q: Notary agreement valid for property or sale deed
I have purchase flat on sept16 later I have get samman from court by third party as my sale deed is not valid third party claim for flat on basis of notary agreement for flat sale dated 30 april 14.they claim they had paid 12lakh in cash and 6 lakh vide chaque.now builder is got bankcrupt and under ground . plantiff made request court to declaration and permanent injection and cancellation of my sale deed I have made registry by paying valid stamp duty to goverment and before going purchased take search report of property.plantiff suit under 39rule section151 for grant of temporary injection. Plse advise what will happen and also tell me value of notary agreement
