Q: Signed blank paper in pressure being blackmailed what can I do now

I have some financial issue with my friend. with this respect some of my known person make a pressure on me & i signed a plain paper which say i have to pay 23 lac to my friend. he also make secret mobile video recordings. but after that he threat me ... now i am not agree with that agreement. he make a complaint in police office against me that i am not pay him that amount.now police officer say i must have to liable this aggrement. plz tell me what i do. their is no records that he give me 23 lacs he trf only 7 lac in my ac from which i pay 3.5 lac by bank trf another by cash. police officer say they have register case against me. for justify his position some of other people of my friend give statement that i get money from them on interest basis. but no body trf or any amt against cheque give me. plz tell me what i do. is any case may be register against me?

Apply for anticipatory bail, probably that police officer is playing bluff with you that he had register FIR, when you apply for bail, he will need to gave detail of FIR, which is not present other wise it is civil matter police cannot intervene in this.

Q: Can agent use GPA for sale and purchase

can agent use GPA for sale and purchased anything? GPA can irrevocable or revocable? agent can work for long period without consent with principle ?

GPA transactions are not valid any more for the purpose of sale and purchase of immovable property for movable property still they can be and it did not convey tittle of ownership to GPA holder as he acted on behalf of his principle. GPA can be both revocable and irrevocable but this must be registered. yes term of GPA is not matter GPA is valid till it is revoked.

Q: What is validity of Complaint filed by a mentally ill wife

Hello sir, One of friend is in trouble as her wife who is mentally ill has filed Complaint against him and in-laws. My friend was not earlier aware that she was mentally ill but now due recently happened incidence has made him to discover it as she has filed baseless Complaint having dowry, domestic violence allegations. My friend is totally shattered and depressed by this incidence. Please let me know the validity of such complain made by mentally ill person. Whether police or court accepts such Complaints??

at very fist occasion, you need to prove wife in mentally ill, it is not established merely on your saying and even if that so mentally ill person does have equal rather more rights then normal persons. what proof do you have that your wife is mentally ill before marriage if that so that would be ground for divorce otherwise her complaints are completely valid.

Q: NRI husband and his family torturing and threatening to throw her out

I was married in 2015 my husband is NRI who works in spain,after marriage we have a girl child (now 1& ½ year old), after marriage my husband went to Spain(in 2015) and till date he has not returned to India, my in-laws family stopped helping me in day to day expensive , my husband and his family members torture me mentally every day, they even refused me to give daily food items and other daily essential items for me and my child even immunization of my child is difficult for me , I don’t have any financial resource to support my life except my aged parents helped me from their monthly pension, my in-laws family have 5 acres of lands and my husband earns handsome amount in Spain. My in-laws and husband told me that they will not keep in their house and they try to kick me out of their house. My husband told me that i cannot do anything as laws of India doesn’t apply in Spain and he will not returned back to India so please help me advice me what should I do next ? Thanks very much

Well, Answer to your question is indian laws may not be applicable in Spain, but they are applicable to your in-laws staying here in India and FIR can be lodged against your husband for instigating and abetting under indian criminal laws, you can certainly file complaint under Domestic Violence act against your husband and in laws in india and court will direct your father in law to pay maintenance and right to live in your in laws house.

Q: Regarding ACR of ASI in punjab police

ACR of period 16/11/1997 to 31/03/1998 was conveyed to me after 3 years and 4 months. But i never appealed as it never affected my carrer. Now according to high courts judgement our seniority is revised and now it is affecting my carrer as i was about to be promoted as dsp. My point is that acr was not converted to me at proper time so it is invalid.

there are two aspects of your question. one is ACR and second is seniority. You are saying that seniority is revised then how that ACR is coming in way of promotion now. there must be some fresh order ? or is it just your apprehension that Adverse entry in ACR would hamper your promotion. in my view you can challenge any fresh order but not that entry due to time gap.
