Q: illegally aquiring my property

sir/ madam i had an property i gave my property to my friend just for use not sell to him in 1974. i want to get back my property but he is deny to clear that property he make all identity proof on my property address (like electricity, voter id card, ration card). but in every property papers my name is wriiten so i could i get my property back. my friend gives a application to property registrar office that i sold my property to him ( my sign is not on application) this flat is alloted me by dda since 1972 please sir tell me how could i get my property back

File a suit for possession nd suit for declaration of cancellation of false document which he has got registered with sub registrar office. Further as he has forged your signatures on documents file a police complaint against your friend.

Q: is sign of son and daughter compulsory in while self acquired property

my father is selling his self aquired property - does my sister (married), me & my brother will also need to sign during registration onto buyer name ?

No, your father do not require your consent /signature before selling his self acquired property. As property is self acquired he can deal with it in any manner without your consent. You or ur sister are not required to sign at the time of registration of document.

You may first issue legal notice and demand the amount therein. In case demand in notice is not complied you may thereafter file complaint U/s 138 NI Act within stipulated period. For recovery of your amount /salary a recovery suit before civil court can also be filed against company.
