please take medical cerificate of injury certificate from clinic. After receipt of Certifate file cross complaint again the owner in Near by Poilce Station. if police don't take complaint. you have to file Written complaint.

you may file application for probate before Court, This will help you to get your right from will. The court will pass order with respect to executant appointment and handing over the property enterested in will. You have every right to claim right invovled with respect to will.



Q: My friends wife is harassing me and my family what to do.

My friend wife is putting allegation that I m having affair with her husband. And she spoiling my name and my parents name in social media, in my relatives and friends by going there home. You may file complaint before the Crime Branch as your name is spoiling on social media, the police may take cognizance as they may file FIR of under various provisions of the Information Technology Act, along with defamation under section 500 of Indian Penal Code.



Q: Can i get Injunction for stopping my father to come to my house.

My father stays in Gujarat and comes once in a month and does black magic in our mumbai home, like putting a woman's hair and teeth in the drawer of the cupboard, i throw all of it in the Sea, but its a continuous stress, The house was in my mothers name and she nominated me and has been transferred by the soceity in my Name now. But she did not make a will its only Nomination, i want an injunction against my father to stop him coming to our house, what will be the charges of the court and what will be the advocate fees, requesting everyone please give the approximate amount, - please note that right now i dont have any evidence against him as i have thrown everything in the sea.

After report of protection officer you may file complaint under provision/s of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence before Judicial Magistrate, may sought injunction orders for the same. As I am from Pune could not file case in your area, you may visit nearby court for assistance of Advocate from that Court.

We like to inform you that One member of the society has complaint the police that we have cut the water line for not paying the dues.
