My dad earned on his own through his entire life by 2 lorries. He took 30*40 site with 4 sheet house but registered directly to my mom name in year 2000 and my dad died in 2005 June 22 due to illness. I married in 2008 Dec. Can I ask for share in property which is in mother's name but money was my dad own earned. Pls answer me

 My parents have own two storey building in 1990, we are 3 brothers and 3 sisters, all are married. Now my parents want to sell the building and make all of us to stay separately. My question is who all will get share if the property sells. All 6 members will get or 7 members including parents ? Is sisters share is included with this property as per law ? Kindly let me know what Law says.

Brothers wife is not willing to comeback and also not willing to settle on mutual grounds and evertime trying to contact them ,they try to negligate the whole process.what all proofs are required for my brother for filing divorce on grounds of cruelty and desertion.Its been 1.5 years of them living separately.
