Q: harassment of old parents by son and daughter in law

My old parents harrssed by my elder brother and his wife we are living apart from them even they are troubling us. wife of my elder brother recently filed a complaint against my old parents and me in manila aayog. My father is a heart patient by this act my parents are trouble suggest me the right way to do.

your parents must file a complaint to local police as well as district administration. they have legal right to get protection from the authorities. they may also write to concerned ministry of government of india.

Q: My ex-wife's parents are harassing

Hi, I and my wife had taken divorce with mutual consent in Mar'19, without informing our parents. Now, my ex-wife's father is threatening me and my family that he will pull us to court, and sent to jail. My ex-wife is in my support, and she has assured that she will never support her father, in case his father is putting any false allegation.Question: Is it possible that his father can file any false complain against my and my family, just to harass her ? nothing will happen. your wife's father has no right to interfere at this stage. further you have already taken divorce. even then if you feel you may submit a written complaint to local police stating complete facts.

it depends on the document you signed with the builder. apparently you can cancel the booking but if it just because of your financial position and of no fault of builder you will get refund only as per terms and conditions of the booking document. the correct advise and procedure can only be given after going through the document.

Q: Can i sell disputed property if their is no stay from court?

I have a land and the court case is going on since 2009, the property is in my name and i have the possession of the property.There is no stay order from the court.I don't know when the case will end but surely it will go till supreme court.The case is bogus, but my opponent is suing me in court again and again If some buyers are taking my property along with the case then can I sell it?Can I sell it or not?if I can sell the property and write in agreement that I won't be responsible for the court cases in the future? Then is it legal to sell the property like that or not?

if there is no stay you can definitely sell the property. but make it sure to confirm that there is no stay. the proper document is sale deed not agreement. you must disclose all facts in the document. till the date of sale deed all responsibilities will be yours and after sale deed it will pass on the buyer.

Q: Legal remedy for delayed possession of property by builder

Dear team, i booked a 2bhk flat which was supposed to be delivered by dec 2017, but not yet delivered. As per the clause of the agreement, builder was paying me interest of my home loan, which they have stopped now. Please guide what actions can be taken against the builder.

You have defined remedy under new law known as RERA it depends in which state your property is situated because every state has different rules. You can file complaint before but it should be carefully drafted. Alternatively you can get draft your claim from a advocate
