Q: Case filed against me - How to get case details

I have recently received a message from VK-COURTS saying "You can get information of your court case anytime using ecourts mobile App". I confirmed from one of my friend whose case is already filed and he confirmed that this message is sent when a case is filed in court.Me and My wife were in negotiations for mutual consent but I think now she has filed the case with court without informing me. My query is - How I can get details of case filed against me. I dont have any detail like CNR etc for the case. Also Petitioner name search doesn't work in family cases. Is there any way to get information from court to see what case has been filed against me? ( I live in different city and a case copy might have been sent to my hometown address which I cant collect right now)

Advocate Vijay Kalu Wani answered
generally, law firms use such type methods to pressurise opposite sides, they can frame charges in such a way both can run behind them and the same purpose of mutual divorce implied on of you, wait and watch all documents will receive you in a short period, only send them your address and new phone no if changed. if possible give details of separation period, from how many years living apart, and short reasons, as well as agesetc.so that I can help you.best of luck.

Q: My Company is forcing me to pay amount that I haven't used

Three of us were interning at a company since June and we continued working there till 18th September after which we were told that they are dissolving the department but they continued to pay us till November as our contract was due till then. The company had provided us with an Uber Service which was linked to the Credit Card and we used it for company's interview travelling etc but after we left the organization we still had it and used it a few times till November. Now the company is asking us to pay the amount used from June i.e. 49000 rupees and we have only used the device from 19 Sept to 26 Nov and the entire amount we have used is around 9000 rupees. The company is just presuming that we have used it for our personal use and are harrasing is and giving us threats of court case if we don't pay 49,000. We are students and are still studying. Kindly help me out

Advocate Vijay Kalu Wani answered
morally it was your duty not to use the service of uber after September, just like they paid upto Nov. but it was also their duty to convey Uber service in September that u are not in their services and Stop your service, but as second part due to their deflected judgement s you are unimployed in short period of time, they spoiled your opportunity which may have or not have in that time, now they may not give experience certificate that's also a loss, at present you are unimployed simply send appollogy and letter of thanks for them for providing uber service,as it was your need to search New job, it's not a crime' it's only a mistake of fact and understanding no body challenge against it, don't give single paisa to them.
