Q: Time duration in final judgement in case of divorce matter

I have applied for divorce and one order has been issued as exparte .. but again suomotto reopened and notice sent to her. Now vakalat has been given and hearing date is give. Need clarifications and also need the duration of the case (how long it will take to get divorce) am 30 now. And she was not with me for almost one year. No children. So far 3 hearings has been done, now vakalat has been given by her. So when i ll get the final judgement. ?

Normally exparte order can be given in 3 months. But once it is reopened by the other party by filing a petition, the case will be conducted in regular basis. That is called trial. So it will take at least 2 years to complete this process.

Q: mediation agreement of court violated by husband

what will be happened if mediation agreement of court is violated by husband and he is doing so for taking more money (Extra Dowry) and continue harassing me and my family. what should i do please suggest me.

you can approach the dowry cell in social welfare department and complaint the violation of husband and get your issue solved. if you need separation, based on the violation, you can approach family courtor divorce.

Q: How to save my girlfriend from being married to a guy because of paren

I'm 23 yrs christian boy and my girlfriend also 23 yrs old but hindu. We lived a year of live in relationship like husband and wife... After she said about our love to her parents, she is house arrested and they are blackmailing and convincing her right now. Because of their continuous pressure she is ready to marry a guy... I begged but still her parents are staying in their decision. Now I need to save her in a legal way to get her out from this situation... Pl guide me.. If we just loved then we can sacrifice our love for her parents but we lived like a husband and wife..

if the girl also ready to marry now, you can proceed legally. you can file habeas corpus petition bfore high court at mandras. then the parents will produce the girl before court. the girl should say, she is interested in marrying you but parents are insisted to marry another person.

Q: Can legal notice be served in the case of selling the car

I sold my Car on May-2016 and I signed all the required paper and handed over to him . The buyer signed the Delivery note( without Revenue stamp) and he provide his copy of license . I am following up with him to do name transfer but he keep saying will do in next week /next month etc. If I go to police station to complain police will not accept complain saying that you sold the car follow up to him to get the transfer done. In this case what are the other options I have to safeguard myself for future liaabliites. Can we serve legal notice to transfer the vehicle . Would this legal notice will safeguard me in future ? If yes, what would be the cost for legal notice ?

it is the duty of the buyer to get name transferred. if he fails to transfer, you are also will be liable if any accident or any illegal activity is happened by using the car. it is better to send legal notice to him calling him to do transfer within stipulated time.

Q: How to get divorce when wife was cheating

My wife cheated on me and I caught her red-handed n called her parents immediately to see what she had done against me in the year 2013. We have been seperated till today hence applying a divorce from my end.

you can get divorce by filing a petition before concerned family court with the facts and they will issue notice to her and hear her side and will grant divorce after completing the procedures in court.
