Q: Bsnl sancharnest asking to pay more rent and changed exiting clause

Bought a flat under bsnl sancharnest. They have unexpectedly increased original money demanded. Also changed the exit clause. If I want to exit they won't return my money until project is completed or I have to get another buyer for them. Kindly advice what to do

For better clarification need to see the agreement entered between both the parties. No clauses can be changed unilaterally unless signed by both. Therefore it is advisable for you to submit the agreement copy for rendering precise legal advice. There is an ambiguity in your question. The headline of the question is with regard to asking to pay more rent whereas it is also mentioned that a flat is bought. This needs clarification too.

Q: living separately from husband for 4 years how to I proof the same

My husband and I are living seperately since 4 yrs. now i need to apply ration card for my kids an me. but in the office they are asking for my husband's details and proofs . i dont know his whereabouts. i have not included his name for the card. now they are asking for proof that we are not together. how can i get a proof for that.

You can execute a self declaratory affidavit that you are separated from your husband for the past 4 years. You can also get a certificate to the extent that you are living away from your husband for the past 4 years from a person of repute like MLA, counselor etc ofyour area you live.
