Q: MACP case against me and my insurer for liability of an old man
A MACP case is filed against me and my insurer for a liability of an old man who got dashed by my bike on a 6 lane highway as he was crossing the road on his cycle. His leg got fractured. However, it was not my fault as I did not break any rules. Instead he was the one who drove the cycle on the road while there was so much traffic. Now he has pleased for a no fault liability of Rs. 25000. Is this liability to be paid by me or my insurance company and do I need a lawyer for this case?

In most of the cases No fault liability would granted. As u r bike is insured u need not to worry. Yes u have to engage an advocate to defend ur case. Though it is not your fault but u have to establish that u have not breached any policy term or condition.
Q: I wish to get a stay order for payment of AGR
We are ISP in Mumbai and need stay order for Payment of AGR to DOT. We need an advocate to file stay order for the same. We want to know what will be the fees of the advocate and how much time it will take.

Q: Can I deposit 7 lakh cash which is already in books
If I have cash in hand of rupee 7 lacs. As per my book of Accounts and IT returns can I deposit the money back into my account with 500 and 1000 rupee notes, will this also attract Income Tax enquiry as it's about 2.5 lakh rupees?

Yes you can deposit 7 lakhs if u have shown cash in hand balance in ur books of account. That clause of Rs 2.5 lakhs would apply if u deposit 2.5 lakhs which are unaccounted.Since this is ur accounted cash u can deposit.
