Q: Person not giving 70k its been 3 years how to recover

I have my own industrial business. 3 years back, I gave material worth Rs.70000 to a trader in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. It's been 3 Years and he isn't giving the money back. I have his bounce cheque details. Can I send a legal notice to the person for the same?

Yes you can send a notice through an advocate u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. However that is only if the bank memos depicting the reason for dishonor of the cheques are not older than 30 days. Otherwise you can still send a legal notice through a counsel for recovery of money.

Q: How to deal with getting threats from a girl in false marriage pretext

I m in a relationship with a girl from past two years..we lived happily with each other...but now..one day ..my mom called her and said to don't call my child & disturb him...as she thinks about my professional carrier... After this incident...that girl thinks I m fraud..she threaten me to case in court for having false relationship in order to marry her and getting personal & physical... What should I do to tackle this situation and be safe?

Hi Your problem is at a very premature stage and not yet (thankfully so) expected to blossom into a litigation. My advice will be to try and resolve the things between you and the girl amicably. The situation is unfortunately motivated by anger and ego's, so I'd suggest you try and calm her down. Lastly please dont stress about this as its an empty threat which even if goes to court wont sustain.
