Last year 2022, I got married, it was a arranged marriage, I didn't know about her aim and goalsAfter 2 months she said that she want to become a Model & work as a beautician My mother & father even I also denied her about beautician job and according to our religion it's not allowed to do this type of work..just because my family denied, she got very angry and rude, she started talking in slangshe said that she would lodge a fake FIR of Domestic Violence upon me & my family, what to do?

Before she does anything you write each and every thing you have experienced so far pertaining to your wife and how she is threatening you and your family vide letter of complaint and deposit in your local police station if possible ask them to do a general diary in doing this you will create your defense for future. As she has not taken any action legally so far against you this is the only thing you can do for the time being.

Q: Advice for flat not been registered

Actually I have bought a flat from the builder the payment is not completed and he has provided me with the possession certificate but it has still not been registered now the said land owner is pressuring me to leave my flat as I have not been registered for the flat so what should I do next.

Complete the payment and ask the landlord and builder to do registery if they don't then file a complaint before the housing board and consumer forum but before that serve a.notice to both landlord and promoter asking them to do the registration as you are willing to pay if the fail to do so then you will take appropriate legal action against them in the proper forum of law

Q: Registry of illegal constructed property

There is a 80+ old lady in my locality she has a 1100sq ft flat almost 15 yrs old which she wants to sell, upon finding it was seen that it's an illegal construction and no plan approval has been taken from municipalitynShe requested me to do the register and later asked to to make it legalizenSo my question is can I do the registry before and later make it legalized?

legally you can't the entire transaction is illegal and the registry office will not accept your papers first regularise it in corporation then do the registry or else your entire money will be lost corporation can question your legality and so will anybody who knows the loophole of the property so act wisely

bail is possible but need to know the case history first kindly supply me the case papers under which section case is filed facts of the case and current status whether bail moved or not if moved then where etc

Does court charge any fees (2500rs)while passing the interim order?

there is no fees charged for interim order or any order by the court the maximum court fees which is annexed with the petition is of Rs 10/- only and Rs 20 for main application Rs 10 on vakalatnama other than this the court doesn't charge anything
