Advocate Syed Fahim Ahmed has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

Advocate Ahmed provides services in various field of civil laws, criminal laws, medical negligence matters, family law, consumer cases, landlord/tenant matters, revenue related matters, arbitration matters, matrimonial related matters and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents.

Advocate Ahmed has filed petitions under section 391- 394 of the Companies Act for Scheme of Arrangement with creditors and Share holders and has appeared on behalf of Ex-directors in the matter of Kuber Mutual Benefits Limited (Company under Liquidation). He has also appeared for Liquidation matters of PICUP (Pradeshiya Industrial Corporation of Uttar Pradesh)and drafted and pleaded winding up petition on behalf of M/s Synotax International India Limited. He has participated in the meeting between the shareholder and creditor of Shamken Group of Companies on behalf of the company and has filed a petition U/s 560 (6) of Companies Act for M/s Ghaziabad Cold Storage Limited. He was appointed as the Chairman by Honble High Court to convene the meeting of shareholders for merger of Genus Products Limited.

For recovery related matters, Fahim has appeared and drafted and pleaded cases under SARFAESI Act 2002 on behalf of Shamken Group of Companies before Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and High Court at Allahabad and Lucknow. He has drafted & pleaded writ petitions, counter affidavit, rejoinder affidavits, special appeals, revision in civil and criminal jurisdiction of more than 350 cases since 2006 and for cases arising out of Indian Stamp Act, Land Revenue Act, Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Police Regulation Act, and other general laws. He was appointed as the Advocate Commissioner twice by the Hon'ble High Court in Jaypee Group's Case and land Acquisition Matters and has published Judgements reported in leading law journals.

Advocate Ahmed enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in 2006. He is a member of the Allahabad High Court Bar Assocation.
