Q: Continuous calls from the police even after paying fine.

Me and my friends we drank alcohol and we threw the bottle in the drain cops passing by they caught us and they arrested us. I called my guardian and paid fine rs 4000/— and next day they (police) again called us and they wanted to arrest us again because we didn't pay fine to him and we had to pay fine again I. e 2000 rs they said the case is closed now. After a month we are again getting calls from police station that we have to appear for investigation. Now what should I do?

get a receipt of the fine payed by you. and record the evidence against the concerned police officials.you can be arrested only if a formal first information report have been registered against you.if the police continues with threatning calls you have a remedy to file a criminal writ petition for seeking protection and restraining order against the concerned police officials



Q: What precautions can be done when people capture land forcefully

Some people are trying to capture our agriculture land forcefully. All documents are in our name since 1940. What should we do so that they do not come on our property again.

you can file complaint before police for offence of tresspass additionally you can file civil suit for declaration of title ,permanent injunction against other side ,and confirmation of possession.check with the revenue records from local registry office and tehsil office and get the land recorded in your name .give a public notice in newspapers and file a representation /objection before tehsildar,sdo revenue ,and registrar office about illegal designs of other side

Q: Eviction of shop tenant which is in unregistered time-barred agreement

I have let out one of my shop 1500/ PM under unregistered rental agreement for 3 years on 25/12/2004 duly sign.by the notary. After completion the agreement were not renewed by us.Tenant has made a sublet to his nephew who is paying rent continue.Now I want to vacate the shop on ground of bonafide need & subleted. you have a remedy of filing eviction petition under cg accomodation control act 2011 before rent control authority.the new act replaces earlier accomodation control act 1961.the new act of 2011 is owner friendly

Hi, My father has been trapped by 2 girl, whose age is below 18, under section 354 34 ipc, 10 pasco, sc/st 3(1),3(2), and v(k). It is all happeing becuase of money, there are few small political leader who are demanding for money from us to close the case. My father is well know teacher and his age is 53 years.
