Q: Accused filed false dacoity case against victim what can be done

we got the bail from high court but after that bail have been cancel without reason.Accoused have put ATROCITY case to victim first after this the victim charged dacoity case to victim intentionally , so what to do??

First of all get bail again. After that if the case is false then quashing petition can be filed to quash entire case before Hon ble HC. Or discharge also can be filed before trial court. You will geta the bail easily if the case is false.

Q: Is NOC required for gift deed from brother if mother wants to gift

My Father-in-Law had died in 21/01/13 & he had not made any will and after 6 months the house they were staying went under redevelopment by a private builder and they got the possession in May 2015. now my Mother- In-law wants to make a gift deed of her part of share to my Wife ( Her Daughter) she has 1 elder son also do we need to take NOC from him to get this deed registered, but he won't give the NOC. Please advice.

No, for transfering her share she does not need NOC from anyone. She can transfer her share and the same can be registered without any hindrance. Make sure that her share is properly described in the deed.

Q: Had a relationship with a guy but now he is blackmailing me

i just want to ask dat if i have in relationship with someone in last year but now i want to break up with this, but my partner s always blackmailing me that he will suicide now please help me .i am very tensed due to all this.

You will not be held responcible for his suicide. Stop becoming pray to his threats of suicide. He has no right over you to force u to be with him. All you have to do is take legal recourse to stop him. First of all make a written complaint to police station mentioning all the facts and threats. As a last resorts FIR can be registered for extortion against him.

Q: Can daughter claim in father's property after his death

Mother and sister conspiring to grab all father's property--- My father died on 25 june 2016, i am staying in the same place so i take their care, after his death my younger sister started influencing my mother and has done her nomination on all Fix deposits of my father, she is also a joint bank locker operator of my parent's locker, Now my father had purchased a flat 25yrs back by his self earned money, but he had registered it in my mother's name, i doubt that my mother will make a gift deed of the flat on her name. what shall i do to get my valid share on all Fix deposits, flat and Gold.

Yes, you can claim your share in your father's property . You have to file a suit for separation of property as per succession act. you will get share in all the properties. If the flat is on mother's name and she is not willing to give any share then you have to prove that it was purchased by your father.

Q: Cheating cases of Rs.25,000 & Rs.1945 respectively is yet to unsettled

I had applied block in Pune under P.M.C.M. gharkul yojna from Maple Group & paid Rs.1945 Seva Kar. Since April 16 it is unsettled even after written complain Police have not took action. In another case I paid Rs.25,000 to Shree Kabir Udeshi for BioGas unit but it is not materilises till today. No refund of money even after Police complain?

Sir,If you have already filed a complaint with the concerned police station and police have not acted on it then you can approach directly the Hon'ble High court in writ petition or M.M court for registering an FIR.
