Q: Uncle threatening to kill and refusing for registry of land what to do

My maternal uncle borrowed 12 lac from me and for that he made registered agreement of his farm land in 13 lac for 1 year. He promise me that he will return my money in few months , when I asked the same after one year he asked for more time and get 6 month extension on agreement . In these six months I asked him so many time when u will return my money he always say I will return in few months . So I send notice through registered post and show my attendance in registrar office . Now he is refusing to registry and threaten me to to kill. I am very much frustrated . Kindly suggest me what can I do.??

You can file case for Specific performance of agreement to get sale deed registered in your name through court and also you can file suit for damages against breach of agreement. You can also file criminal case of cheating

Q: Company on fake promises for giving job taken money how to get refund

Sir on 1st July quickcareerservices.com called me and asked me if I want a job and asked me to pay 3000 for confirmation of my interview attendance which is totally refundable.then I paid 3000.on 3rd July they demanded 5200 for some verification letter or they will not refund my previous 3000.i somehow borrowed from my friend and paid them.on 4th July they again demanded 5000 for some insurance I told them to refund my previous money and I don't want the job they said it's the final payment and assured me to refund all of my money excluding 200 as their processing fee. On 5th July they said my interview is done by their experts and the Money will be refunded on next day morning as the office was closed the next day they told me that I paid the money for their services and would not be refunded.now I am in great trouble sir as I have no money to eat and to give back to my friend please help me get my 13000 back. Thank you.

Lodge police report immediately. Otherwise file application under 156 (3) in the court. Write letter to PM and CM of your State. You can also file case for recovery. Take action of cheating under section 420 of Criminal law

Q: Sale of Property given on rent be made if it also has a Case on it.

Can I sale my property given on rent along with liability of the case running against the lessee to vacate the property and he also filed a case to charge money from us as shop is been closed since case as electricity got disconnected by Electricity People.

Yes you can sell the property if there is no injunction from any court, if any customer is available to purchase the property in existing conditions. You have to bear the existing liabilities before the sale is executed.

Q: Can RTI get property papers from brother who cheated me

We had family property in uttrakhand.i hv been living in delhi since 16 yrs. So i left my part to my brother to b taken care of. Now i want my share of property.but he dineid..and i also rembeber that after my father demise he made me sign in a document to get the rent from uttrakhand gramin bank..i want that document copy .if i file an RTI is there any possibilities to get copy of that document?

If that document is registered one you can get certified copy from the office of the concerned Registrar. RTI is only available against Government or Public Sector undertakings and not against individual

Q: Given bail by police do I after to apply for bail from court again

dear sir/madame i am from lucknow city and i received bailable warrant u/s 138 ni act in which the police gave me bail from police station and adviced me to appear in court on the date fixed for hearing.please advice will i have to again apply for bail in court even after i have been given bail by the police?whats the best step i should take?

Yes you have to get the bail confirmed from the cour befor the date or the day the date is fixed. You need to pay the cheque amount and get acquittal with the consent of the court or conest the case if you have solid reasons for non payment of the cheque amont..
