Q: Landlord isn't accepting rent since 4 years and I am staying in pagadi

I'm staying here since 24 years in pagdi system, landlord isn't accepting rent since 4 years because the rooms are in my brother's name and I'm using it. My brother keeps visiting me sometimes, but I'm the one who is permanently using it. I have sent him cheque via post, but he isn't depositing the rent. What should I do?

Mr. Queriest please mentioned complete detail of your property perhaps You can deposit the rent into the court by filing proper suit and also you can issue notice to him stating that you are will to pay the rent as per your brother instructions. For detail please give call

Send them Demand notice of cheque amount through Regd.A.D.. within 30 day from date of receipt of return memo slip. Aap apke local lawyer se consult kare vo aap ko iska pura detail dege ya fhir aap LawRato ke through hame contact kar sakte hai.

Q: Cheque bounce

My case tranfered from Hyderabad to Nelloe, AP, Original cheque & promissory note Returned to me by court in hyd after taking photo stats. My lawyer Nellore says the originals should have been retained by Hyd.court and sent along with the transfered file. How far is the rule position correct?

Procedure for lodging complaint in 138 is From the date of return memo slip within 30 days the demand notice is sent to the opposite party if with 15 days of of demand notice if he clears the money then its ok or else on expiry of that 15 days within 30 days yhe complaint can be loadge with respective jurisdiction for more information please contact will help you in the matter.

Q: Landlord not giving NOC to repair the property

My father got pagdi shop in mira road in around 1972...ow the landlord is not ready to give noc for repairs , not even allowing us to sell the shop & not ready to give ownership.. please assist what should we do.

Please discribe what you want to repair. As minor repair which is essential for living without damaging the structure you are eligible to do it your Landloard cannot stop you to do so. Else you have to approach court and take permission to repair it.

Q: Cheque given to me has bounced twice. what should I do

I am job seeker going one Consultancy and registered 1000 amt after person tell me pay 10000 for job processing and still waiting me then i say person i dont want job i want my money he gives me cheque when i deposited this chq that time chq is bounce after person told me deposit chq once agin but another time chq bounce after i am calling that person then person not responding my call even dont call back me so i have bank return chq and i get memo from bank after chq retur then i want basic advice what can i do????

You have to give him demand notice within 30 days from the date of return memo which you have received from your bank along with your cheque stating the reason of cheque bouncing. The demand period should be 15 days if he didn't realise your payment file case before concern court u/s 138 of N.I. Act.
