There is no locus to file a complaint in the consumer court regarding the same. you may file an application in the winding up proceedings to protect your rights only if the company is not wound up yet.



Q: what is the procedure for mutual divorce

Sir me and ma wife want to take mutual divorce. My name is vikas verma and am belong to chandigarh. So plz in this kind of divorce what is the proceser.

It is filed under section -13b of Hindu Marriage Act. Once we file the petition, 6 months of reconciliation period is granted by the courts. After the expiry of these 6 months the parties will be granted a divorce decree by the hon'ble court.



Q: getting divorced outside india is my wife entitled for indian property

I am an NRI and currently separated as per local laws in that country. Divorce will happen in 2018. She has claimed asset division in that country which is all ok. However the law does not have jurisdiction on Indian immoveable property that is in my name. She is working and I am paying child support in taht country. Does she have a claim and entitlement in india against the immovable property which is solely in my name.
