Q: Not been allowed to enter the house

I am Hindu and I am not been allowed to enter the house by my parents. They are also propagating wrong information about my character with the help of the relatives. They have already destroyed half of my carrier. Please suggest some legal solution

Q: Can I get stay order from high court

I am facing a 498A case filed by my wife on me and my family members. Police has filed final report(closure report).Wife filed protest petition and Lower court rejected the final report and summon is issued by lower court to all accused.I filed revision and request for stay on lower court's order. Session court has accepted the revision request.But session court have not given the stay on lower court order.So both the proceedings in lower and session court go together. Can I get stay order from high court ?

Q: What action can police take if they caught me and my partner in hotel

Sir, I had stayed with my girlfriend on night in a hotel and police caught us,but we are not in doing sex on that time.we are above 30yrs age.police harassed me and slapped.it is bcz he found that i had record a video of sex.he noted only my all details & told to leave room.we left room ,he took sd card but donot called me to come police station.can they registered any case against me bcz of memory card.he also took our xerox copy of ids .so can it is illegal to stay adult in a room.we r from outside the city.so please tell me bcz i donot want to face this situation bcz of parents

In regard to your query stayed with girlfriend on night in a hotel and police caught us,but we are not in doing sex on you have to be very careful in case police caught any sex racket or involved u in that case its a serious trouble for you contact lawyer. Soon book meeting asap

I want to know agar wife marriage k 20 din bad hi ghar chod kar chali jati hai and husband pahle divorce file karta hai n wife har bar 4 years tak court ki hearing me nhi jati hai to kya n divorce paper par husband k sign ho jate hai to kya divorce ho gya

I was not well that day so i asked my wife can you leave the daughter to school she started to abuse and fight with me than I left for office and my wife was absolutely fine while I left the home for office. while I was returning from office I got a call from my wife that I am going to my parents house. There she has filed the fake case and attached the fake MLC to make the case healthy from their side. If something went wrong with her then she should have call local police but she did not do so as she wanted prepare fake case. now i got call from mahila thana not recvd notice what to do now?
