I am from Kashmir 2019 when article 370 broke someplaces are shut down here and somewhere starting stone pelting I am in our shop and I close my shop and go outside but here camera capture me and they called me to come police station and I go and they are arrest me and FIR 307 AND ALSO 336,332,148,149 and punished in jail longtime... now I complete almost 5 years but my case have no charge sheet and challan done I want to close this case I am Student i have face much more problems on study

FIR quashing is the petition filed before High Court for quashing the FIR and all related proceedings against the accused. An FIR an be quashed by the High Court if the Court is satisfied that the accused is falsely implicated and FIR is bogus and frivolous

Hi, I am a student in my final year of Btech. During our final year project review, our dean academics threaten my friends and me to stop our degree for one year. Please can you advise some while remembering we are studying in that college?

The stress basically starts up with the heat which arises with the beginning of the final semester, which is caused by the facts, the biggest pin point of your degree life, the final project which everything depends on even your Honors class (1st Class, 2nd Class, so on) of the degree, speaking of which the FYP (Final Year Project) directly impacts on your final grade of the degree. Does not matter whether you have been a brilliant student through out your undergraduate life, if you screw this up even slightly, all that would be useless

Since you've been abandoned and deserted by her without any sufficient cause, file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the Family Court. You could also send a Legal Notice before institution of this case. If good sense prevails, she might start cohabitating with you, just by this notice.
