Q: Harassment by neighbours for car parking area

Hi, I am staying in a colony for more than 21 years and so my neighbors. They are creating nuisance daily. We are females living in the colony. Our neighbors still continues to and find excuse to create nuisance. The issue is over car parking. We dont have space infront of our house hence we park below our house. They claim space to trespass from front as there is a wall in front. They complaint against no space , but its not true as we have given enough space from behind. They are threatening us if not done as per them they will damage our property. We need help and we seek advice. Help!

Dear Sir/Mam,Neighbours creating nuisance is a very common problem these days. But no one can infringe your rights in any manner what so ever. Their are many methods which you can adopt to cope up with your neighbours but for this a detail analysis of your case is must. Q: Acquitted from rape case after promise to marry now denying it

I filed a rape case in 2013. I got them acquitted by changing my statement in court because they promised to marry to me but now after getting them acquitted now he got me pregnant and is now denying to marry me. What action can i take now?

Q: Took maternity leave but company terminated what action can i take

I have workd in a school for 7yr for my 1 pregnancy they gave leave without pay but for 2preg they didn't give bt they assure they will call back but know they are denying in Aug 14 I left I got cleared my pf in feb15 icame to know abt gratuity frm someone which they paid after arguments in aug15 but I want my job also I was 5 month preg at that time. Can I do something to get back my job I have no appointment letter as they have not given but I have experience cert they have got signed frm us they will not pay gratuity bonus and leave encashment but they given me gratuity when I shown law ppr

Dear Mam,First of all You have not mentioned about the institution you are working with but as per your 7 years of working you should have been granted minimum 6 months of maternity leave with pay at first instance and same on second also.Kindly first complain about the whole matter to the concerned DEO and also to the labour department as well and thereafter you can file court case.

Q: How can I recover my stolen laptop

i was living in retd Police inspector house, who has stolen my laptop which contains all my professional data, have evidences on him and 2 other tenants who helped him in theft. need to recover laptop back from him and to recover my loss amount which happened because of his theft.

Dear Sir,If you are so much sure about the person who has stolen your laptop then instead of writing e-mails here and there kindly register a complaint and also lodge a F.I.R. at the nearby police station first.

Q: Company asking to sign bond of rs 10 lakh what to do

My brother is applying for H1B visa and 1 company has decided to sponsor him. The company is asking him to sign a bond along with surety of Rs.10 lakhs.In the agreement it is written that if he leaves the company in USA then he and surety has to pay them Rs.10 lakh rupees.However it is written that incase if he leave the job and come back to India then he don't need to pay anything.My brother's health is not well these days but he don't want to loose this oppurtunity, If he sign the agreement then can they sue him and surety if he didn't join them
