Q: Difference in aadhar and pan card, how to get correction done?

Dear Sir/Madam, There's a disparity in the spelling of my father's name in the Adhar Card and in the Pan Card. How can I solve this? Is there any scope to make an affidavit in the Court stating that both the names are of a same person? Please help. Saumya Mukhopadhyay.

Hi ! Yes you can make an affidavit to this effect stating the correct name and also that the spelling is of the same person. Please do notarize the affidavit. There won't be any such legal issues after the affidavit is made.

Q: Can a spelling mistake be corrected while filing a certain form

I did a spelling mistake in address when filling a certain application form. If this can be erect by affidavit or not?

Yes this can be corrected by an affidavit. The affidavit must state the details of your address and also the details of wrong address in form filled by you . The affidavit then has to be notarized by the notary and also signed by you

Q: CHeque got bounced, what is the procedure to file case?

Want to know if Cheque bounce then what we do to recover our money through that bounce cheque

You will have to issue a notice through an advocate to the concerned person whose cheque has bounced. If he does not pay the amount (as stated in cheque along with interest), then a criminal case has to be done against him.

Q: Banker gave me 4 cheques and has made an agreement now cheque bounced

A banker gave me 4 cheques of 10 lakhs along with duly signed agreement mentioning all cheques number and amount that he will give me back the money when I want it from him. All cheques are bounced.Can that cheat be punished by non bailable 420 act I need help please guide me

Since your cheques have bounced my suggestion would be that a notice has to issued to the banker a under section 138 of negotiable instruments Act as it is a cheque bounce case. If he does not reply within 15 days then we can file a criminal case against him

Q: Documents required for transfer of ownership of a scooter

I want to sale Hero Maestrlo purchased in 2015 to one of my colleague. The RC book of the said vehicle is under Barrackpore RTO & I presently dont reside in that address. While filling Form 29,30 for transfer of ownership is it mandatory to provide Transferor's proof of residence Or only Transferee PoR is enough? Transferee resides in a permanent address (unlike a rented one like me).

Hello,For the purpose of transfer of vehicle ID & Address Proof of both Buyer and Seller is requiredKindly note the documents required for transfer of ownership1. Original RC Copy Book needs to be submitted. If RC Book has HP to any Bank / Financier, then NOC along with RTO Form Number 35 is required to be submitted. Note: Generally NOC is Valid for 60 days from date of issuance.2. RTO Form Number 29, 30 are considered Sale Transfer Forms. This needs to be signed by both Seller and Buyer with 2 Copies required3. Vehicle Chassis Number Imprint4. Notarized Copy of Insurance, PUC Certificate, ID & Address Proof of both Buyer and Seller (Seller Address Proof on RC should match as with Present Address else an affidavit is required)5.
