Q: Got summons as I didn't attend the court dates i am the complainant
M Hindu (female )from Mumbai I have launched complaint of Sec 376 n 420 , in 2012 ,attended few hearings for 1year then that person got bail ,then after I stopped attending the courts dates , now reaceived a sumance , I have to go n attend the hearing tomorrow. I will go there but I m not in my state of mind n don't have patience to take this case ahead want to stop here , plz guide me what I can do now ? What I should say tomorrow so that I can come out of all this . Please reply asap.
