Q: My phone is not delivered from last 3 months

HiI placed an order for a phone, 3 months ago but I have not received it yet. I did a prepayment of around 31k. From last 3 weeks, I have been almost daily contacting the customer care, service head, etc. but still they come up with one or the other reason and don't deliver it. My delivery address was initially of Bangalore, but 4 days ago I moved to Jabalpur.I am afraid they will again make this as a reason and make excuses. Even though it was a lockdown in between but I ordered before lockdown and started following up with the customer after the lockdown ended.They don't have a cancel option on the website. However, I didn't want to cancel as I have waited for such long. The electronics industry change very fast and after 3 months new models come.I was thinking of filing a consumer case, but I don't want to lose money. Also, I don't want to go to a court trial. Is it possible to file a complaint just to make Samsung pay for their worst service? Please advice.

In your voluminous query you have not given the relevant facts. I think you placed order online and paid the amount online and delivery place was Banglore. but you have intentionally not given date of order. If it was 4-5 days earlier than lock down or estimated delivery date was within lockdown, the courier services were disrupted. as per your version you changed delivery address too. you give a notice first then you can proceed to consumer grievances redressal forum. my opinion is based on information provided by you only.

Q: lower court ke faisle ke baad me

mere pitaji k naam ki property (1 makan) h.pitaji ki death ho chuki h 1991 me or vasiyat nahi hai.mere 3 sisters h.un 3no ne case kiya tha lower cort me or unke paksh me result aaya hai.4 ro child ko 1/4 ka faisla aaya tha 2019 me.ab un logo ne us faisle k baad mene aage ki cort me apple nahi ki or nahi krna chahta hu.....or un 3 no ne bhi kuch nhi kiya hai or us property me mai hi reh raha hu abhi bhi...to ab aage ky hoga...uska batwara kb tk nhi hoga. or me abhi reh raha hu to koi dikkat to nhi h na.

the property was in the name of your father. After his death all his sons and daughters are the legal heirs. certainly as you mentioned that in civil suit the civil court rightfully declared the son and daughters heirs of the property. however you have not preferred an appeal in higher court. for that you had not any valid ground. Though you are in possession, yet your sister lawfully can take their share

Q: Catched with illegal medicines bt the amount of medicine

I wnt to know that medicines they take from my bike and make a case i am nt there so they keep my bike bt after 3 months they release my bike by taking there charges i wnt to know in future if i get a government job is there any issue regarding to this case

If contraband drugs have been recovered from your possession, you will be an accused in the matter. If the drugs are recovered from your vehicle, you will be answerable that when drugs were recovered who was in possession of vehicle and why? If you are not accused in the criminal case, it will not affect your future prospects. my opinion is based on only brief facts provided by you.

Q: ANCESTRAL PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION MATTER

if property is of super grand father ( Grandfather's grandfather) than it will be distribute to my father's sister who is not alive? if yes than distribute their sons??

if the property was belonging to your super grand father after his death his sons and daughters were legal heirs. However when the property came in the name of your grandfather, he became the sole owner. after the death of your grand father his sons and daughters will be legal heirs. If any of the heir expired, its legal heirs will take its place

Us jamin ko meri chachi ke dwara 2014_15 me bech diya gya tha jisme un dono nabalak bachhiyo ko balik bataya gya jo balik nahi thiTo kya ab bo registry cancel ho sakti hai

नाबालिग बच्चियों का संपत्ति पर पूर्ण अधिकार था. यदि बच्चियों को बालिग़ बताकर धोखे से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया गया है तो बालिग़ होने के बाद बच्चियां संपत्ति के रजिस्ट्रेशन को निरस्त करवा सकती हैं. किन्तु संपत्ति मे ना तो आपका हक़ बनता है और नाही आप कोई कार्यवाही कर सकते हैं
