CAT main proper order nahi hua matlub final judgment aa gaya hain ya case abhi whi CAT main pending hain? kripya certified copy ke liye aavedan kar le agar aapko CAT ka koi order/judgment aage court main challenge karna hain toh. CAT ke Final judgments, High court ke Division Bench main challenge hote hain.

Let me get this correct, your name was not put in the Obituary section of the newspaper by your in-laws because they have believe that your mother in-law died because of you? So because of this incident, you want to file a case against your in-laws? Right? Well, technically you can.. but honestly this will further jeopardize your bond/relation with them! Are you at this stage already and see no repair in the foreseeable future? Take legal action only when you see no HOPE in future.. otherwise try to rebuild and regain their trust. Also we need ascertain who is on your side so that we can accordingly decide this.

Hi SirI have paid my home loan along with the receipt. However when I approached to bank, came to know that they have lost my registered sales for agreement and receipt. What can I do in case. That's sad to know that that they have lost the registered documents. Yes, you can definitely file a case against them. No you'll not be required to be personally present there in the court often. Maximum 2-3 times that too based on your convenience.
