my wife had filed for dowry and domestic violence case in etawah by furnishing false injury report against me my mother sister and uncle. police had removed all 3 personns and charged with dowry case only. hi, first collect all the evidences & documents inc. chats/recordings with yr wife, to prove that no demand for dowry have been made, later then the false case of sec 498A can be quashed by the Highcourt, if u provide sufficient proofs and satisfy the court that alligations are false. You have many options to counter yr wife Sec 191 IPC stating that u have wrongly framed, Sec 500 threatening and defaming, falsely accusing fmly members image, sec 227 IPC stating that registered case is bogus or false, a damage of recovery case u/s 9 of cpc. for better help & advice contact me
