ifb dishwasher technician made me a loss of 15,000 till the machine repairs . how can i get compensation amount

Good evening !!You need to mention date of purchase of IFB Dishwsher. Also let's understand why and on basis you have encurred INR 15000 Loss?1.If you have Bill copy/Invoice, check date of purchase2. Do read termd and condition of warrenty CardIf you are unable to under this , do approach lawyer with Purchase Invoice/ Bill, Warranty Card and correspondence between you and customer support, if any other documents.Lawyer will issue legal notice and then may consider further steps if not settled.

Q: Unable to return money, party filing cheque bounce case, remedies?

Hi i took 500000 lac rs from local finance because of some financial problems i can't return it right now,actually i need atleast 6months time, but the finance owner is ready to put cheque bounce case on me please any solution can help me

Good evening !!As you have admitted that you have borrowed INR 50LAKHS from Local Fiinancial Co. and issued a cheque. But it is not clear whether you issued single cheque for INR 50 Kakh or several. what about interest ? who much interest was agreed? whether any document executed ? must give these details which will help any lawyer in understanding terms and conditions and urgenancy. Do take appointment and visit lawyer with all these papers and then you can expect relief.

Q: Rights of father when daughter is abandoned by her husband

Shakshi married Gargesh (both names changed) in December 2000 according to Hindu Brahmin Community tradition. Gargesh moved to Sydney on deputation. Soon cracks developed in the relationship due to harassment resulting in Shakshi undergoing mental depression. However another son was born in march 2016 with the harassment. Finally Gargesh sent Shakshi to India telling that he will get the passport for the newly born child and then come to India. Shakshi was treated in India. Gargesh refused to answer phone calls or email. Parents took her to Sydney to provide moral support and help but Gargesh changed his residence and is not willing to talk to or see his wife or parents or to give the address where he is currently residing resulting in financial loss, mental agony and hardship to Shakshi and her parents. Under these circumstances whether the parents of Shakshi have any rights to seek legal remedy without affecting Gargesh and the children he is keeping with him.

Good evening !! you can get Gargesh address and then file case under desertion & cruelty if wish to go for divorce or else if shakshi want to get her husband back we must file case under restitution of conjugal rights.As father I understand your position but in normal case we advise that shakshi must file case.you haven't explained about child custody. whether you daughter is working, who looks after kids etc.approach lawyer and send legal notice but before follow certain sequence.

Q: Husband is demanding money at the event of separation. What to do ?

My husband is telling me,that I should stay with his brother family but I don't want stay with his brother family because his brother family made my husband servant for them,they want me to stay with them like servant.which is not possible.All the operation of the house is in brother hand.till today I didn't see anything related to us.my husband is poppet to them,now I asked for supperating,my husband demanding money r else I need to give divorce.

Your question has answer in it. even though you haven't made it clear about your education, his education & whether you both are working etc. According to you, your husband is totally with your brother-in-law. looks like he has no house of his own (is this because of his financial problems or family culture not clear).Call lawyer and give all details, so that once can advise you properly.
