Yankappa hve two wives first one have 2 daughtes and 2nd have 2 sons and 3 daughter. Sons only enjoying property And all Children's are married now but yankappa married 2nd wife although first wife still alive nNow yankappa passed away(2022) now first wife and children's are asking property but 2nd wife sons are not giving pls tell us what can we do to get ancestral property and what's the share for us (24acr)

Sir/MamAs per your query, you have to file suit for partition, every children haveing eaual right, you have to seek 1/6 share out of 24 acre before competent court.feel free to contact me to file suit with reasonble fee.

I have bounced cheques for 1.2L from a party who has been consistently delaying payments. The cheques are from Mumbai and my bank account branch is also in Mumbai but i am now based in bangalore and i deposited in a local bangalore bank branch. Q: How to override stay order from supreme court in divorce case filed

I filed for matrimonial case divorce against my wife in bangalore family court. But case is given stay order by Supreme Court. My wife is public banking job professional and is working in pune but our native place is in bihar. We also have a kid aged 4 years and we are living separately from 4.5 yearsnShe is not ready to stay and is not contacting me but she is also not leaving me easily and causing all possible problems for me and my family. My parents are very old and dependent on me as am only son. She never treated us with respect and always fighting arguing for petty issues. She is not even ready for mutual divorce we tried to talk but she and her parents rudely disconnected and asked us to do whateverWhat can I do next ? How to proceed fuether in this case?Can I file for getting the stay order removed from this case so that further proceedings happen in my divorce case which I applied from bangalore?? Or is there any other case I should file against her to safeguard us?

sir,As per your query, Honble Supreme court granted stay order for you divorce petition which is pending before Bangalore family court.As per my knowledge she filed petition before Supreme Court seeking transfer the case to Pune family court from Bangalore family court.If you are ready to transfer the case from Bangalore to Pune, on the basis of your consent case will transfer to Pune. otherwise based on facts of the case Honble Court will decide on merits of the case.If you want to cobtest the case before supreme court feel free to contact me.

Sir/MadamShow cause notice will not by District and session to private persons uneless they are not judiciary employee.show cause notice may sent to you by Legal service authority to avoid further litigation, If you are not respond properly your opponent will fill case before competent court.

Q: How to get my original documents back from college

Hi, im an student studying in banglore.... i dropped out from my college due to financial crisis but now my college isn't giving my original documents back. I studied only for 2 months in college they forced me to pay the fee with in 2 months. Which was the reason i dropped out.
