It will be illegal/against law since the company, who was the prior registered and user of the said domain name, will always have a better right. Subsequent user will have no right on the said domain name.
Q: Similar website name can opposite party force us to close
Company's original website(under construction)- www.innovoleds.com We built another website to market innovo led products in our state (published)-www.innovoled.com We haven't used company's any trademark or copyright images or text. The company is forcing us to close the website. Is our website illegal?

I would like to ask if we can use car pictures directly on our website from the company's official website - for writing reviews about them and giving option for customer to buy it from our associated dealerships. Do we need to take any special permission from company or can we directly use those pictures as that would be kind of free marketing for them.
