Am inter caste religion marriage, husband is hindu and wife is muslim... we both living in iur religion itself... now my son is 3 yrs old. We both decided to take community certificate in mother religion that is muslim... How to get the certificate...What will be the procedure ... did we can Get?

Kindly fill the e application along with Mother and Father Community Certificate, Child Birth Certificate along with Self Affidavit for Parents to Declare the Child Community. The above documents sufficient to get the child community certificate in mother religion as muslim.

Q: How to take action against unlicensed company causing disturbance

i have been living past 23 years for the same place with family,in my home aside another home and that home owner lent his bottom floor for a nameless a panyan(cloth) company is there.They running heavy machinery ,more noise and vibration diesel oil engine machines.All this making so much of disturbances for my education studies and my family sleeping.And they are running early morning 5.00 am to night 8.30 pm .and day night on Saturday. so i have given complaint to local mallur police station on 2015 regarding troubles of that nameless panyan company.Police warned them and gave a CSR to us 24/2015 date 11-2-2015 to us.In that police investigation they found the company is running without license at that time. Then again that panayn company gave troubles this year so we went again police station so this time also they just made compromise and agave CSR 7/2017 11-01-2017,but no action,now what should i do,kindly tel me

Dear Sir,You can give the compliant to the Pollution control board for noise pollution and also sent the legal notice to vacate the factory running without proper licence. You can also give the compliant to the Inspector of Factories for without licence running the factories. Q: Civil case being filed for non-payment of bill by internet provied

A civil case has been filed against me by the internet service provider for non-payment of bills. I have had the connect for about one-year and few months and have paid all the bills before due dates. In the month of June, they (internet service provider) asked me if I wanted to upgrade my connection to 4G. I denied citing poor network. The number of calls increased asking me the same and one customer service personal explained as to how my present connection would be barred and the only way to continue the having the connection was by upgrading it to 4G. And for this, I was supposed to go in search of their outlet any where in the city, buy a new dongle, a new adapter, submit a copy of my details, all in all, the process similar to getting a brand new connection. I again denied upgrading and requested the customer care personal to end my connection. I even wrote a email to them stating the same on July 13. Just that evening my connection was barred. Q: Neighbor not allowing to construct partition wall

We required to construct a partition wall inside the Commercial property which was as One. The other property owner is not allowing us to construct the partition wall. He also threatens us to extreme and attacking us in all possible ways. Though our property is situated in Madurai, me and my family had settled in Chennai. We have no relations nor neighbours nor supporters in Madurai were the property is situated. Is there any legal way were the Legal Body shall Construct the Partition wall on behalf of us? You can give the Representation to the Corporation Commissioner for causing health hazards to the Students & neighbors. If it is possible to coordinate with local people for Representation. If they are not taken any steps to resolve, you have right to approach as Writ Petition or public interest Litigation.
