Q: Recovery of cheque bounce due to insufficient fund

My father sold a house in Rs. 30 lac. But buyer shown Rs. 25 lac in registry... he paid 25 lac at the time of registry...but for remaining amt of Rs 5 lac he gave me a post dated chq and when I produced it on that date ... it bounce due to insufficient fund... I send him a legal notice for the same and now he is saying "I have paid the amt full amt of 25 lac and this 5 lac is not mentioned any where for the deal" ...what should I do????

dear client, As you said he gave you post dated cheque . If ha paid all amount then why this cheque? simply if he gave you cheque then he will responsible for this. After completing 15 days of notice you can file complaint case against him.

Q: Crpc Section to challenge case transfer

My murder case was transferred from the territorial court of additional session judge to 100 Kms away to the district court by a session judge so kindly guide under which section of Indian law can I challenge it in high court to get that order of case transfer cancelled and let be heard in the court of the area where crime was committed

Dear client, you can file writ of mandmus before High Court. for challenging this order. And explain to court why the order of session court illegal in the eyes of law . why it's nessesary for justice. Thanks

Dear client, Aapko kaun aap ka beta nahi de raha hai ? Aur kyu? yadi Aapke husband ya in laws hai to aap ek Habeas corpus writ File kake aapne beta le sakti hai. Aap child custody ka ka bhi case kar sakti hai per usme jada samay lagega.

Hello client, yadi Aap divorce lena chahete hai. to aap divorce ki ground batane hoge ki kis Aadhaar per aapko divorce chahiye. iske baad aap divorce petition file kar sakte hai. isme aako 6 se 12 month lag sakate hai.

disputes in our family have broken the relationship of my family... my father does not worry for my mom and his family members mentally harass my mother. my mother is very mentally upset because of all this chaos.. she wants divorce and separation from my father and we want to know what would be the procedure and financial compensation and support in lieu of it... i want a full advice and info about it... please help us

If your mother want divorce from your father. Then she file file divorce petition in family court on ground of domestic violence. and for alimony or maintenance depends upon your father income, If he is gorvment employee then you should no worry. but if he is private or no employment then burden of proof is depends upon you.
