Q: How to marry if family does not agree with the marriage

Sir I am 23 years old and loves a girl of 14 years and she loves me as well. I want to marry her when she becomes 18 years old but the girl think that when she will tell this issue to her family, her family will not ready for this relationship at any costs due to social obligation. She told me to elope but I don't want to do so. What should I do now? we are Hindu and of different castes. I am Brahmin and she is Baniya.

Q: Stop Payment of distributor not providing tax invoice goods what to do

distributor has not provided tax invoice of item purchased in june'17,goods,gurantee card & service of AC led street light So I (firm owner)made a stop payment of the check issued to distributor of (Rs 100000) a fraud has been done A taxable person supplied goods/services without any invoice, issues a false invoice & gurantee card of AC street light and batteries. Can I take action against him in crimnal offence regarding fraud he did .

Preparation and tempering of an official documents is an criminal offence and preparation of a forged document is also punishable with in the provision of lawAnd you can take criminal action against that person under section 419 420 467 468 471 of IPC that is indian penal code.

Q: Medical negligence by Indian doctors can I sue them for this crime

I was operated for an ACL reconstruction in 2014. My leg was supposed to heal within 6 months. I visited my doctor multiple times and he never did an examination, if my leg was stable or not when I repeatedly told him that it was painful and not working fully. I left India in 2015 to pursue my Master's in USA. I recently went to an Orthopaedics surgeon here and he told me that my ACL graft is not functioning. I was told by my doctor in India that he'll use a Xenograft to do my surgery which is using a horse's ligament for a graft. My new doctor in USA wanted to use a part of my hamstring for the same surgery. I underwent another surgery and post my surgery he tells me that he was unable to find the part of my hamstring which he wanted to use for my surgery. His conclusion, my hamstring was taken out by my Indian doctor. My question: Should I be suing him for medical negligence and stealing a part of my hamstring?

It's a clear case of medical negligence but you have to prove that you are not having hamstring at the time of second surgery and it is present in every body and the same has been removed by the doctor in India
