Hee marriage is taken just 6months before. From that time onwards she is live separate from him.and also he is criticising her.He didn't go for any job. Now she is going for job and earn money for her daily expenses.Now she want a divorce

she got divorce only after one year from her marriage,she filed a divorce petition before the family court concerned, she file divorce on the ground of cruelty.she file other petitions beforethefamily court seeking recovery of gold ornaments and other articles,and also seek compensation from her husband for her pain and sufferings

Q: What to do if my wife is putting wrong allegations on me

I am a Hindu. Currently I have a case in court with my wife due to dispute In our marriage and between families. But things are getting worse day by day as they have started defaming me and family in every possible way in my native. They are calling everyone relatives in my family and tell all those bad and insults our family. We havent defended them or tried to give explanation to all about what happened. Yes, don't worry, ur case pending in court ,u find a good lawyer for to u argue the case ,all family case more defamatory statements are there ,so u don't more imotional, try to understand the present situation ,defend all the statements in in ur objection ,then give witness and evidence to case, to defend the arguments for ur wife ,or otherwise settled the matter in mediation

Q: Visitation rights of husband when charged for case u/s 498A of IPC

My friend's wife and family filed 498A against him recently.(not divorced).But his wife is pregnant for 6 months. Will he get the permission from court to see his newborn baby and frequent visitation at any cost ?? What are the legal remedies to get the permission to see his baby??
