Q: Is GST payable later on advance Maintenance charged by promoter during
Purchased a flat in a Housing complex in kolkata in October 2018.At that time an advance maintenance charge for 1 year was paid by me without GST.Now the promoter is asking for payment of GST over that advance paid. Is it legal or do I have to pay that.A Residents Association is yet not formed and the builder is still looking after the maintenance.
