Q: How to get stay order on order of termination of government job

High Court Quashed the Recruitment After 3 years of My Service because My Office Surrender the Case in Writ Petition. Only Age Relaxation granted to person who filed writ petition. I'm not the party in writ petition. What is my legal remedy available now? How could i got stay on my office order of termination.

File a Writ Petition on the basis of the order granting age relaxation. I presume that the petitioner in that case is similarly placed as you. In your writ petition ask for stay of termination on the ground that you are similarly situated as the petitioner in the other case if you are terminated then such an action would be discriminatory and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.

Q: Mental harassment by car dealer, Please suggest suitable step.

I purchased a car from authorized car dealer in December 2016. We have signed all the papers in which we have a warranty covering all the manufacturing defects. Car has been troubling us since the beginning. Although they are repairing it but we are being mentally harassed. Please advise what step should we take ?

If the problem is severe then you can seek replacement of the vehicle. In case the company does not accept your demand you may approach the Consumer Forum by filing a complaint and seeking replacement and damages.

Q: Can govt department removed name of qualified candidate

I was selected in a government job where my name was there in the list but after some time they deleted my name. what action can I take

You can challenge the deletion if it has happened after publication of the list. If list was not published and you only knew unofficially that your name is in the list then you may not be able to challenge the action. You can file a writ petition to challenge deletion after publication if it is done without any reason.

Q: Can I be terminated from psu bank on being absent from duty

I am terminated from a psu bank for absence from duty as reason , will I not be able to join any other government jobs

If the termination is on account of disciplinary grounds then it may be a hindrance in getting another government job. It is important for you to share the document with a lawyer and have this aspect clarified.

If judgment is reserved, then no specific time is provided for pronouncing judgment. Please find out when the judges who heard your matter are retiring. If any of them is retiring in the next 2-3 months, move an application seeking pronouncement of judgment.
