Q: Legal rights of the second wife of a divorced man

I m hindu widow with one kid, i want to know that if i m going to legally remarry a legally divorced man then should i get all the rights as wife or his divorced exwife has any rights ? Their divorce took place before two years.

My wife files false complaint under 498a in April 2018 then 3 to 4 round of counselling done at women cell and then in june my wife stop case temporarily so i send her notice to for restitution against that she send me to reply by making false allegations against me that she can't come home and on same date in August 2018 start the same case and police register fir and now what to do is I file Rcr against her in court, what are the impact guide me

9 months back, i filed a case against my father for violation with sister, under the pocso act, I regret that decision by trusting on my sister, 2 months back she ran with a guy & married him, my father is on bail now. we wants to close this matter, my sister is ready for that but, that guy is creating a problem. he belongs to political background and having ego problem with showing over protectiveness for my sister. please help to solve this tragedy. Q: How to punish husband for bigamy

My sisters husband has done second marriage without the divorce ..... My sister is with my father right now .... She was abused by his husband, her father in law , her mother in law because not to come back,,,, now her husband had done second marriage .... What should we do?
