Q: False accusation lead father-in-law and brother-in-law in jail

Respected Sir/Madam, My father-in-law and brother-in-law had filed a case to one person who is suppose to be a family member for the amount which is suppose to return back funded in the business. Since the total case was against his favour, he falsely filed a harrassment case to my father-in-law of accusing his wife without any proof. Since he is financially strong, bribes the police and tried many attempts to take my father-in-law & brother-in-law under custody. Later, he decided to make an out of court settlement before the approaching court hearing date. My father-in-law thought of ending this positively nodded and waited for his arrival. But he delayed his visit giving some excuses and meanwhile bribed our lawyer to state that my father-in-law have never appeared before the court, which is actually not done by him. Since our lawyer turned up, court issued notice of immediate arrest and the in-charge of local police station delayed the court notice making a late night arrest.
