Can my cheque bouncing case be transferred to district court from my hometown's CJM court?

Cheque bounce cases are heard where the cheque was presented, but you can only get your case transferred to a competent court having jurisdiction, your question is not clear as District Court and CJM court have different jurisdiction. So if your case is being heard by a District Judge then it is in an appellate stage but the Hon'ble CJM court is a court of first instance. So you have to make it clear at what stage your court is in

This is ground for divorce, but to advice you legally you have to provide with more information and you can file a divorce suit on the grounds of incompetency to fulfill his maritial obligations to you

Q: Brother in law died now how to obtain the share in the property now

Your sister is entitled to share in the property of her late husband, but you have to tell more like her religion, and other stuff, as far as documents are concerned you first of all need proof of marriage and if she has children you have to tell in this query.

Q: Do I need a public prosecutor to represent me in a case for hurt?

Hi, I lodged a FIR against a person who broke my leg. I lost the case in Court. Now case is lying in the Nainital high court since 2008. Case is admitted over there and no dates has been given to that till now. I inquired with clerks and officers of the court and they are saying send your lawyer and we will list the case. I have sent two lawyers(one after another) and both after taking the fees said they are not accepting non public prosecutor (private advocate) vakalatnama in that. I am very confused how to proceed in that, please suggest. Can we have private lawyer instead of public prosecutor?

You have to give more information about the case, but for now I can just say that you are entitled to be represented by an advocate of your choice, and whoever you retain as your advocate can go and get you a date and argue before the Hon'ble High Court on your behalf.

Q: What to do if Nagar Palika not following court orders

Chief Judicial Magistrate passed an order against Nagar Palika, Rishikesh to decrease the house tax from Rs.5000/- pa to Rs.330/- pa. Nagar Palika is not following that order and not decreasing the house tax. CJM passed the order one year back. What action shall we take now?

I cannot figure out your complete case as you have not written enough information, as you are saying a competent court ordered to reduce rent and they have not appealed or obtained a stay order you can send them a notice and if still they don't comply you can file a contempt of court proceeding against them.
