Q: Builder cheating in flat construction matter and not returning money

I booked a flat in 2014 and since 3 years, construction has not started on land. Also i got to know land is not in name of builder. i have paid 30% of cost of flat to builder. Neither builder is doing builder buyer agreement nor giving refund by saying he dont have funds. Please provide us a solution

Q: Is cancellation of marriage of marriage possible

Sir/Ma'am, I got married 2 years ago without the permission of my of my wife's parents. Later they said the get this marriage cancelled and we will remarry you in front of society. We got our marriage cancelled in Registrar's court in Ghaziabad. I have doubts that this proceeding and I want to know if this is valid and legal

There is no concept of cancellation of marriage. Neither any other authority has power to cancel any marriage. only way to get a marriage disolve is by obtaining divorce decree from District Judge/ Family Judge.

Q: Procedure and fee structure of divorce, please advise

I want divorce from my wife our marriage have 16 year completed and from last 1 year I live alone. I Bering all the expenses from normal glossy item to my children education each and every thing. Please tell me what is the court fee and other free structure. I live in delhi

Fee structure depends upon the fact that whether divorce may be obtained by mutual consent or on the merits of the case. For fee structure etc. you have to visit our office as detailed advise will depend upon facts and circumstances of the case.

Divorce ya to mutual consent se ho sakta hai ya fir merit pe contest kar ke ho sakta hai. Detailed advise aapke pure documents dekhne ke baad hi diya jaa sakta hai. Mutual consent me dono party ko agree karna hota hai.

Q: Does Article 21 become a question of law in petition.

Hi sir,if article 21 of the right to life is violated does it become a question of law in a petition? Second question is:sir is the supreme court registry open on Saturday the 24 the of December? I will deeply appreciate your answers and thanks sir.

In a SLP each & every fact can be made question of law if it voilates any provision of law whether it is Art 21 or any other provision of law or any judgment/guide line laiddown by Hon'ble Supreme Court. Supreme Court registry remains open on each saturday upto 1 pm unless it is holiday declared by Hon'ble Supreme Court it self. On 24.12.2016 registry is open upto 1 pm.
